REG-ARM is a producer of complete chain conveyors designed for transportation of all kinds of loose materials.

Characteristics of conveyors:

• we produce conveyors of all capacities (dimensions of conveyors are adjusted depending on unitary bulk density of the conveyed substance and angle of the chain conveyor)
• in versions:
  • powder coated (RAL palette),
  • galvanized,
  • acid resistant steel
• bottoms of conveyors are covered with protective lining
• chain returns via bearing rollers
• special design of chain prevents disconnection during operation
• link system allows smooth transmission on the return roller
• sections of conveyor (2 linear metres) are screwed together with horizontal and vertical connectors which allow straightness of conveyor
• we use drives made by NORD (other per order)

Conveyors are certified with a DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY in accordance with ISO/IEC Guide 22

 

We offer complete chain conveyors where:

• sheeting
  • is made on CNC machine tools in the form of 2 m sections
  • is coloured in accordance with RAL palette
  
  
• driving unit
  • is fitted with motoreducer produced by NORD and a complete driving wheel with bearing in sheeting (roller bearings)
  
  
• tightening unit
  includes a pivot working with tighteners; tightening wheel rim bearings are located in the pivot
  
  
  • dimensions and strength of tightening unit depends on capacity of a conveyor
  • fixed pivot of tightening wheel allows smooth operation
  • bearings of tightening star located on insulated pivot
  • well chosen springs eliminate oscillations of structure
  • special machining of teeth prevents sticking of conveyed substance to star
  
  
• protective lining or slide
  • extreme protection against abrasion and wear (also at high speeds and abrasion and slide loads),
  • very low friction coefficient,
  • very good resistance to all aggressive substances,
  • dimensional stability (no absorbance of dampness),
  • limits constant and impulse noises,
  • modified during polymerization with mineral oil - assures high endurance and constant lubrication over the whole operation period,
  • low oscillations allow quiet and safe operation,
  • high mechanical resistance,
  • antistatic or insulating depending on type,
  • physiologically harmless, allowed for contact with foodstuffs (EU guidelines, PZH certificate), with good anti-adhesive characteristics.

  Chains of our innovative design are used in conveyors:
  • possibility to shorten by 1 link
  • disconnection of chain during operation is impossible

  Chain returns via leading rollers:
  • return rollers supporting chain perform the role of upper slide and are screwed at constant distances to side sheeting
  • are made from protective materials with very good noise muffling properties
  • roller bearings are protected with insulation
  
  
• method of screwing elements together
  Advantages of the new method of screwing conveyor trays together with connectors are:
  • keeping straightness and rigidity of whole conveyor
