Since 1995 we have regenerated and modernized worn out chain conveyors directly at the customer's plant (which in most cases means changing from wrought chains to chains produced by our company).
This minimises the cost in relation to the purchase of a new, complete conveyor, as well as reducing any down time. Time savings are normal when using elements of the previous conveyor, including:

1. conveyor structure
2. drive shaft
3. clutch
4. driving station reducer
5. sheeting:
   • upper
   • lower
   • side
   (only sheeting of the adjuster and driving stations is changed - if necessary)

A typical renovation includes:

1. Free assessment of the conveyor, carried out by our company
2. Manufacture of new subassemblies by our company:
   • manufacture of chain (in accordance with the customer's order)
   • manufacture of complete adjuster station, including side sheeting (2 m section) and adjusters
   • manufacture of driving sprocket and fixing it to old shaft
   • manufacture of support rollers
3. Operations carried out at customer's plant:
   • replacement of driving unit
   • replacement of adjuster unit
   • replacement of chain
   • disassembly of upper slide
   • disassembly of lower slide
   • covering of bottom of chain conveyor with protective material or installation of slide
   • installation of support rollers
   • initial start-up
   • installation of safety protection (per customer's order)
   • cleaning of the conveyor sheeting
   • painting in accordance with RAL palette (or per customer's order)

Renovations are carried out by the experienced and qualified employees of "REG-ARM Service".
Duration of point 3 in case of a 50 m long conveyor is approximately 5 days.
